Who is this booking page for?
This page is intended for intermediary aged-care and allied-health providers enquiring about contractor appointments, not for public consumer bookings.
What is the appointment rate?
The standard appointment is 60 minutes at $110, subject to the agreed contractor agreement and any agreed travel arrangements.
Is a booking confirmed when the form is submitted?
No. All requests are subject to review and confirmation by HMHC. After acceptance, I can enter the appointment into the provider's own calendar and complete the records required under our agreement.
